In my sculpture work, materials are meticulously selected to evoke a powerful sense of resistance and resilience while embracing the delicate balance of fragility. Cracks and imperfections in the concrete symbolize potential rupture, reflecting the fragmented nature of ideas like totalitarianism and division. These elements unite to represent not only the endurance of structures but also their vulnerability to change, decay, and transformation—mirroring the human experience and larger social realities.
